Who we are

Enverdex is on a mission to simplify building decarbonization.

We’re developing Praevion, an intelligent engine that leverages a novel hybrid machine learning/bayesian optimization framework to help building owners and cities identify retrofit strategies that work, not just in theory, but in practice.

We’re starting with a focus on multifamily buildings in Boston, using city regulations like BERDO as a launchpad for our optimization framework. Our current prototype can simulate and evaluate retrofit options for individual building energy models, balancing operational carbon, embodied carbon, and long-term cost forecasting.

This is just the beginning. As we grow, we’re building toward a scalable, one-stop shop encompassing the entire decarbonization and compliance tracking workflow.
